Terms & Conditions - Acceptance of Orders:
All orders submitted trough our website are confirmed by e-mail, fax or post after submission, no order should be deemed to be accepted without this confirmation.  All orders are fulfilled subject to these terms and conditions.  It might not be possible for us to accept orders for certain items for delivery to certain countries.

Currency:
Prices quoted are in GBP or in any other currency on request, all payments are to be made in GBP sterling.


Shipping/Carriage:
Prices quoted include delivery to the front door of your house or building to most addresses within the UK, please allow 7-10 days for delivery in some areas.  Deliveries outside the UK can take upto 6 weeks. Please note that additional services such as evening or weekend delivery, deliveries to remote or island locations, deliveries outside the UK, or when special delivery services are requested, additional charges to cover these costs will apply. Damage in Transit:
After leaving the premises all goods are insured by our courier against damage, if you do receive damaged goods, please retain all relevant documentation so that an insurance claim can be made against the couriers.  If you receive a battered parcel, note the fact on the delivery note, even before you open the package to examine the contents.  If you are unable to open and inspect a package in the presence of the forwarder, make sure that you sign for it as "Unable to inspect goods on delivery" or similar to warn the forwarder that a claim may be forthcoming, for goods with a value over £500 we require that any damages are noted on the delivery note at the time of delivery, all other damage claims must be reported to us within 24 hours of taking delivery.

Warranties/Guarantees: The Venetian Plaster Company provides a 2-year warranty on its own materials. This warranty is valid both for stored materials, limited by their expiry date. This warranty is limited to product replacement only and we will accept no claims for labour or claims resulting out of any application delays or losses. All Tools carry a 1 Year warrantee.

Claims:
We have listed all products with as much detailed descriptions as possible. We can not guarantee all information is correct. Please note we will not be liable for any claims against any information listed on our website.

Returns:
Returns will only be refunded if returned after agreement by The Venetian Plaster Company management, full undamaged, unused materials will be refunded, excluding any delivery costs and associated reasonable packaging costs, returned products will will be returned at buyers expense.

Pricing and Availability:
Products sold by us on the website cannot be guaranteed to be in stock at all times and dispatch times are given as a general rule.  They are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such.  We will inform you by e-mail if any products you order turn out to be unavailable or if there are any delays. We can not be liable for any claims resulting as a delay of our materials.  Despite all our efforts to ensure correct pricing it could be possible that some items are mispriced.  We will inform you of any errors in pricing before dispatching goods.

Import Duties:
All delivery overseas may be subject to import duties and possible extra taxes, which are calculated when the delivery reaches the specified destination. Any extra charges for customs clearance must be paid by the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict how much they will be. Customs rates vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for more information. We will not be responsible for any extra duties or charges as you will be considered as the importer and must comply with all local laws and regulations.

Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control:
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control.  This condition does not affect your statutory rights.  Deliveries are all conducted by courier services and shipping companies, we have picked these companies for their cost effectiveness and delivery success rates.  We will not however be labile for any claim in respect of delays by these delivery companies.  Events like bad weather, traffic and holidays affect all couriers and are beyond the control of us.

The prize is the supply and application of Venetian Polished plaster, to a feature wall or area in home from one of our fantastic products.  Prize value of $3,375.00 AUD.

The competition will run until the 19-03-2017 and the draw will take place on the 31-03-2017.

How it works:

  • We will contact you via social media to let you know your a winner.
  • We will then contact you via phone to discuss the area you require plastering and a preferred date and time of application.
  • We will arrive on the day with hard samples of the finishes and a colour brochure for you to choose from.
  • We begin to prepare your wall/area whist you decide on your finish.
  • The following day we apply your desired finish.
  • Final day, we protect your finish with our wax and polish.
  • FINISHED!

Eligibility:

  • Must be 18 years and over.
  • Own your own home or office space.


Terms & Conditions:

  • The area to be applied is to be no greater than 15m2, however, if you would like additional areas applied, this can be discussed prior to work commencing.
  • The location of your premisis must not exceed 100 kilometres from Noosa Heads, QLD, 4567, Australia, however, we can accomodate further distances if costs are covered by the winner.
  • Prior to work commencing, the area must be, clean and clear of any personal belongings.
  • The area is to be accessible from a small work platform - maximum ceiling height 2700mm
  • The background/substrate is to be of reasonable condition, i.e holes patched in from pictures etc.
  • If blocking or stencilling is requested, this can be possible for a small charge. (stencil to be supplied by the winner)
  • The area is calculated in conjunction with our measure guide, that can be found on our Quote page.
  • The Venetian Plaster Company reserves the rights to make alterations to this competition at anytime without prior notice.
