
Tadelakt - by Stucco di Calce
Tadelakt by Stucco di Calce is a typical Moroccan plaster finish obtained with genuine finely filtered aged hydraulic lime, calcareous aggregates, clays and natural binders. Originating from Marrakech, the word Tadelakt means to rub or to rub in, as this is what happens at the final stage of the application process with Sapone Tadelakt by Stucco di Calce. Tadelakt has a natural resistance to mould and bacteria due to is high PH level. Tadelakt allows the applicator to create many finishes like, concrete, smooth, slightly pitted and matt textured surfaces. The substrate (unless lime render) has to be primed first with Quartz Primer by Stucco di Calce and is to have a base coat of Tadelakt by Stucco di Calce. Tadelakt is supplied in a dry form of its natural colour white and needs approximately 30% of its weight in water to form the correct constancy. To seal, protect and maintain the final finish apply Sapone Tadelakt by Stucco di Calce.

Coverage: 10-12 square metres in 2 coats approx.
